We are looking for an established, dependable contractor with the crews, equipment, experience, and management capabilities to take on larger projects while maintaining excellent workmanship, communication, and professionalism. Types of Projects Projects may include: Complete backyard renovations Artificial turf installation Paver patios, driveways, and walkways Decorative and natural stone Retaining and block walls Concrete work Pergolas and outdoor structures Outdoor kitchens, BBQ areas, and fire pits Putting greens Irrigation and drainage Landscape lighting Pool-area landscaping Grading, trenching, demolition, and site preparation Other landscape and hardscape construction Contractor Requirements Applicants should: Be properly licensed and insured for the work being performed Have experience managing larger landscape and hardscape projects Have established crews, equipment, and necessary resources Be capable of providing competitive project-based pricing Maintain high standards for workmanship and job-site cleanliness Communicate professionally with our management team and customers Meet agreed-upon schedules and project deadlines Be comfortable working as a subcontractor representing Desert Gold Hardscapes Be willing to sign a Subcontractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Agree to customer confidentiality and non-solicitation requirements Protect customer information, pricing, project details, and other confidential company information CRM & Project Updates Contractors must also be comfortable using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software . You will be responsible for keeping assigned projects updated, including: Lead and customer status Estimate/proposal status Appointments and scheduled job dates Project progress Customer communications when applicable Job-site photos and documentation Change orders and project issues Completion status Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date is a required part of this subcontractor relationship. Compensation This is an independent subcontractor opportunity and not an hourly employee position. Projects will be priced and approved individually based on scope, labor, materials, complexity, and other project requirements. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with the right contractor who can take on larger projects as our project volume continues to grow.
