Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape to lead and oversee hardscaping construction projects within our landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. Your expertise in hardscape installation—including paver patios, artificial grass installation, paver walkways, and other outdoor structures—will drive successful project completion and client satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise hardscaping construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion Manage and coordinate crew members, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions to maximize productivity Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment, including tools used for hardscape installation Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Conduct site assessments to plan project scope, materials needed, and sequence of work Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and material inventories Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Skills Extensive experience in hardscaping construction projects such as paver patios, artificial grass installation, paver pathways, and outdoor living spaces Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Ability to identify plants and understand horticulture principles relevant to landscape design Skilled in irrigation management and operation of irrigation systems for landscape health Proficient in the operation of groundskeeping equipment and company vehicles safely and effectively Leadership qualities with excellent crew management skills to motivate teams and ensure high-quality work standards Join us if you're passionate about outdoor environments and eager to lead innovative landscape projects!
