Hermosa Landscape Management specializes in the landscape maintenance of Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail Properties in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Requirements:
- 8-10 Years Landscape Experience, 5 years in Management and Irrigation
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) Verbal and Written
- Experience in Operating All Types of Commercial Equipment
- Experience in All Types of Commercial Irrigation Systems
- Strong Emphasis on Safety on All Jobsites
- Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills
- Must be
Self-Starter Overview:
- Lead, Supervise and Train 40-50 Employees in all aspects of Commercial Landscape Maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in Dispatch of Crews and Instructing Crew Leaders of Daily Responsibilities and Tasks on All Properties.
- Inspect Properties and Identify issues to Crew Leaders & Ownership.
- Proactively communicate with Senior Manager/Ownership
- Create work orders and estimates for repairs and enhancements.
- Complete Detailed Bids for Landscape Enhancements Projects (No New Construction)
- Dispatch and/or Handle After Hours Emergency Calls when Necessary (
- We have several on call employees as well)
- When Necessary-Actively work with crews to get any and all jobs done. Looking for someone that will do whatever it takes to make sure work gets done.
