We are looking for someone who understands that luxury landscape maintenance requires more than simply trimming plants and cleaning properties. The right candidate must have a strong understanding of landscape management, irrigation systems, plant health, crew leadership, and attention to detail . Our clients expect their properties to be maintained at a consistently high standard. Position Responsibilities The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising maintenance crews and ensuring each property is serviced correctly, efficiently, and to Greenzone Landscape standards.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews. Inspect properties regularly for quality and attention to detail. Ensure shrubs, hedges, trees, lawns, and other landscape areas are properly maintained. Identify irrigation leaks, broken emitters, sprinkler issues, valve problems, overwatering, underwatering, and other irrigation concerns. Understand irrigation controllers, watering schedules, drip irrigation, and sprinkler systems. Identify struggling plants, plant-health concerns, and areas requiring additional attention. Make sure crews follow property-specific instructions and complete all required work. Maintain a high level of detail at luxury residential properties. Identify problems before clients have to report them. Communicate necessary repairs, enhancements, irrigation issues, and recommendations to management. Take photos and provide clear updates regarding property conditions and completed work. Ensure crews use equipment properly and maintain clean, organized trucks and trailers. Monitor crew productivity and make sure scheduled properties are completed efficiently. Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and Greenzone Landscape management. Perform final property inspections and ensure work areas are clean before leaving. Qualifications We are looking for someone with professional landscape maintenance experience , preferably in a supervisory, foreman, or crew-lead position.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and property management. Experience managing or supervising landscape crews. Good understanding of irrigation systems and basic irrigation troubleshooting. Knowledge of Arizona desert landscaping and common landscape plants. Experience with lawn maintenance, shrubs, hedges, trees, seasonal plants, and general landscape care. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to recognize irrigation and landscape problems during property inspections. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate clearly with crews and management. Professional appearance and attitude when working around luxury homes and clients. Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to safely operate landscape equipment and company vehicles. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred due to communication with landscape crews and clients. What We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone who takes ownership of the properties they manage. We want a supervisor who walks a property and notices the details — a leaking emitter, a struggling plant, an uneven hedge, weeds beginning to appear, irrigation overspray, debris that was missed, or an area that simply does not look right. Our goal is to address these issues before the homeowner or property manager has to point them out .
