Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee outdoor maintenance projects, ensuring the highest standards of grounds care and aesthetic appeal. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a skilled crew, coordinate landscaping and hardscape installations, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance activities across multiple construction projects. Manage crew schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work quality to ensure timely project completion. Operate grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and effectively. Oversee irrigation management, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and system adjustments to ensure optimal landscape health. Identify plants accurately to guide planting decisions and maintain healthy landscapes; perform horticultural assessments regularly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all outdoor work activities. Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and crew performance for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance with strong team management skills. Extensive outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and grounds equipment operation. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Familiarity with construction projects' landscape requirements and standards. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively. Must have a valid drivers license with no issues passing our insurance requirments. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
