Operate grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and effectively. Oversee irrigation management, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and system adjustments to ensure optimal landscape health. Identify plants accurately to guide planting decisions and maintain healthy landscapes; perform horticultural assessments regularly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all outdoor work activities. Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and crew performance for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance with strong team management skills. Extensive outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and grounds equipment operation. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Familiarity with construction projects' landscape requirements and standards. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively. Must have a valid drivers license with no issues passing our insurance requirments.
