Landscaping Leadership Full Job Description Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$22-$25/hour , based on landscaping experience, leadership experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability. 90-

Day Performance Review:

Crew Leaders will receive a performance review after approximately 90 days. The review will evaluate areas such as: Leadership and ability to manage a crew of three or more team members Reliability, attendance, and punctuality Quality of completed work Crew productivity and organization Client communication and professionalism Ability to follow schedules and complete assigned work efficiently Care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Irrigation knowledge and problem-solving ability Safety and jobsite responsibility Communication with management and the office Overall ability to independently lead the crew Compensation may be reviewed based on demonstrated performance, increased responsibilities, and company needs.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload, seasonal needs, or project schedules. Start and finish times may vary depending on the season, weather, and daily job schedule. BC Landscaping & Hardscape provides the company vehicle, tools, machinery, and equipment required to perform assigned work.

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
