Are you an experienced landscaper who can lead a crew, solve problems, and get the job done right without being babysat? Guardian Landscape is looking for a high-level Landscape Foreman to become a key part of our growing company. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced in: ✅ Paver installation — patios, walkways & driveways ✅ Artificial turf installation ✅ Irrigation installation, repair & troubleshooting ✅ Landscape lighting ✅ Landscape maintenance ✅ Grading, drainage & excavation ✅ Operating skid steers, compactors, trenchers & other equipment ✅ Leading crews and keeping projects on schedule

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

We want someone who knows the landscape industry, takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and can be trusted to make good decisions in the field. The right person will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and become a key leader within Guardian Landscape as we continue to grow.

PAY:

$25-$34/HOUR Your pay will depend on your experience, skill level, leadership ability, and what you can bring to the company.
