LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

- We are an established landscape maintenance company servicing 85+ residential clients in the Surprise, AZ area , and we're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who knows landscape maintenance, can lead a crew, and takes pride in doing the job right.

PAY:

$29-$35/hour depending on experience

What You'll Do:

Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-3 employees Drive a company truck and manage the crew's daily route Make sure properties are completed correctly and on schedule Track and update work in Jobber (will train) Train and direct crew members Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency Identify landscape issues and communicate problems when needed Properly trim and maintain desert plants, shrubs, trees, and ornamental grasses Know what plants should be trimmed, when they should be trimmed, and how aggressively they should be cut back

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of landscape maintenance experience At least 1 year of experience leading a landscape crew Strong knowledge of Arizona/desert plants and proper pruning practices Valid Arizona driver license Clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish Reliable transportation to work Dependable and consistently shows up on time Able to lead a crew and hold employees accountable to a quality standard Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Arizona We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, organized, and willing to work alongside the crew . This is not a position for someone who just wants to sit in the truck and supervise.

Full-time, year-round

Surprise, AZ and surrounding service area

Pay:

$29-$35/hour depending on experience
