Experienced Landscape Installer - Hardscape, Irrigation & Landscape Construction We're looking for an experienced, well-rounded landscape installer with a strong level of skill across landscape construction. This is a hands-on position for someone who can do quality work independently, problem-solve in the field, and take on increasing responsibility as they become familiar with our company, our standards, and our way of working. We're a growing residential landscape company with a boutique approach to both our work and client experience. About the Role Build high-quality hardscapes, including pavers, flagstone, gravel, retaining walls, and other site features Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation and drainage systems Install gardens with native and drought-tolerant plants, as well as turf and sod Assist with lighting, fencing, custom garden boxes, carpentry, and other landscape construction Work independently while collaborating with the crew to keep projects organized and moving forward Take ownership of portions of projects and grow into greater responsibility Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience in hardscape installation Excellent working knowledge of irrigation installation and basic troubleshooting Solid general construction skills and field problem-solving ability Some knowledge of and genuine interest in plants and gardening Comfortable working across a variety of landscape construction tasks Able to work independently, take direction, and know when to ask questions Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Professional, respectful, and easy to work with Interested in growing into greater responsibility and leadership About Our Team We're a small, tight-knit crew that focuses on quality over volume.
