A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
What You'll Do Field Installation:
Work with a crew to set up, maintain, and take down large holiday displays, permanent lighting, and landscape décor.Hands-On Labor:
Handle tools, load/unload trucks, and safely operate equipment.Learn & Grow:
Master professional installation techniques, safety protocols, and field management skills.Requirements Physical Capability:
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, rooftops).Reliability:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.Travel & Flexibility:
Willingness to travel to job sites across SoCal (Barstow to Del Mar). Gas reimbursement provided for designated drivers on long-distance trips.Schedule Availability:
Able to work up to 6 days/week during peak season (Oct-Jan). Shifts are typically 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, but candidates must be open to early morning, night, or weekend shifts as required by specific projects.Experience:
Background in construction, landscaping, roofing, or event setup is a plus, but a strong work ethic is our top priority.What We Offer Competitive Pay:
$22-$25/hour starting rate, with daily/weekly overtime pay.Bonus Earnings:
