Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a 6hrs a day 5 days a week irrigation manager. Our property utilizes 20 active irrigation timers (3 brands) ranging from 4-12 zones, watering bamboo groves as well as individual pots. Responsibilities Coordinate with office to manually run each zone to determine and record location & functionality. Replace or repair stuck solenoids. Maintain drip lines & darts - Ensure pot-less lines are plugged and that darts in pots are distributing water. Adjust and repair sprinkler heads. Stagger run times to ensure functionality. Adjust run to appropriate run times for groves vs. potted plants. Get us automated, create a comprehensive location and zone requirement list (a setting for each season), & keep our plants alive. Experience Programming timers Solenoid replacement Basic Excel & Word (Location & Run time listing)
