Experienced Artificial Turf Installer / Future Crew Lead $33
•37/hr DOE | Full-Time Sacramento / El Dorado County Sierra Turf & Greens is hiring an experienced artificial turf installer with the potential to grow into a Crew Lead position . This is not an entry-level position. Previous artificial turf installation experience is required. Responsibilities Artificial turf installation from start to finish Proper grading and base preparation Cutting, seaming, securing and finishing turf Installing and compacting aggregate base Proper drainage and final grade Artificial turf putting greens Operating compactors, mini skid steers and landscape equipment Maintaining clean, professional-quality installations What We're Looking For Proven artificial turf installation experience Strong cutting and seaming skills Knowledge of proper grading and base preparation Putting green experience preferred Reliable, efficient and detail-oriented Able to work well with and eventually lead a crew Pay & Opportunity $33
•37/hour based on experience and demonstrated skill. Opportunity to advance into a Crew Lead role based on quality, production, reliability and leadership.
