We are looking for motivated Landscape Construction Laborers who take pride in their work and want to grow with our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning skilled trades, and building high-end landscape projects. Position Overview As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you will work alongside our foremen and crew members to install residential and commercial landscape projects. You'll assist with a wide variety of installation tasks and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLandscape Installation Assist with installation of artificial turf, pavers, concrete, irrigation, lighting, and planting Perform grading, trenching, digging, and site preparation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist with demolition and removal of existing landscape features Crew Support Follow directions from Foreman and Crew Leads Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Help ensure projects are completed on schedule Equipment & Tools Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools Assist with maintenance and care of tools and equipment Help track and organize materials on site Safety & Professionalism Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Represent Elements Landscape professionally
