full-time Superintendent required for Landmark Dual-Tower Residential Development | San Jose, CA Your new company Our client is a leading Developer-Builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile multifamily and mixed-use communities across the West Coast. As construction progresses on a landmark dual-tower residential development in San Jose, they are seeking an experienced Amenities Superintendent to oversee the project's premier resident-facing space Your new role As the Amenities Superintendent, you will lead the construction, coordination, and finish-out of the project's amenity and public spaces, ensuring an exceptional end-user experience. This role will focus on delivering high-quality interiors and outdoor gathering areas that help define the community and resident lifestyle. Key responsibilities include Oversee construction of leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, resident lounges, fitness centers, and coworking spaces Manage outdoor amenity areas, including courtyards, pool decks, rooftop terraces, landscaping, and recreation spaces Coordinate specialty finishes, millwork, FF&E installations, and high-end design features Drive subcontractor performance, sequencing, and quality control throughout completion of amenity spaces Partner closely with project management, design teams, ownership, and inspectors Maintain project safety, schedule, and quality standards Lead punch list completion and turnover of resident-facing spaces What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of Superintendent experience on multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-end commercial interiors projects Experience delivering amenity spaces, common areas, hospitality environments, tenant improvements, or luxury interior finishes Strong understanding of finish trades, FF&E coordination, and sequencing Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule commitments Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards What you'll get in return $175K-$190K base salary Bonus, auto allowance, mileage & full benefits Long-term project through 2028 with a strong development pipeline Opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-visibility project What you need to do now If you're interested in this opportunity, apply today or reach out for a confidential discussion.
