Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, coordinate crew activities, and ensure high-quality standards across all grounds maintenance tasks. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver exceptional outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding and deadheading Manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards are met Lead and motivate a team of groundskeepers and landscapers, providing clear direction and support for daily tasks Oversee the operation of irrigation systems, Ensure proper plant identification, tree care, irrigation management, and grounds upkeep to promote healthy landscapes Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to various job sites while maintaining compliance with safety regulations Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify quality standards are achieved and safety procedures are followed Manage crew schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and inventory levels for landscaping supplies Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects with a focus on outdoor work environments Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, plant identification, tree care, and irrigation systems Hands-on experience operating grounds maintenance equipment and hardscape tools safely and effectively Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse crews in dynamic outdoor settings Familiarity with construction projects and groundworks is highly desirable Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred Demonstrated leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Landscape Supervisor where your expertise will help shape vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire communities.
