This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage a crew, communicate clearly with customers and project managers, and complete high-quality landscape construction work safely and efficiently. Our projects include irrigation systems, planting, sod, synthetic turf, pavers, retaining walls, rock, mulch, grading, and other landscape improvements. Most projects are located within approximately 45 minutes of Denver. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a landscape construction crew Review project plans, job requirements, and daily production goals Assign tasks and keep crew members productive Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems Complete planting, sod, rock, mulch, and synthetic turf installations Install pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Track materials, equipment, labor hours, and job progress Maintain quality-control and safety standards Communicate with customers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Keep company trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites organized Identify problems early and communicate what is needed to keep the project moving Complete projects according to plans, specifications, and company standards Required Qualifications Landscape construction experience Previous crew-leadership or foreman experience Irrigation installation experience Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to read landscape plans and understand project layouts Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to safely lift and carry landscape materials and equipment Preferred Experience Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred: Residential and commercial landscape construction Irrigation installation and troubleshooting Planting and tree installation Sod installation Synthetic turf Pavers and hardscape construction Retaining walls Rock and mulch installation Grading and site preparation Operating landscape and construction equipment Pay and Schedule $23
