Chief of Operations Salary:

$70,000-$120,000 5280 Stone is seeking an experienced Install Manager to lead our installation department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This is a leadership position responsible for managing multiple in-house installation crews, developing team members, and ensuring every installation meets the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple countertop installation crews. Train, coach, and develop installers. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and project managers. Perform white-glove customer service on every project. Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Conduct job site quality inspections and enforce company standards. Monitor crew productivity, quality, and scheduling. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience managing countertop installation teams. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
