Immediately We are a well-established tree and landscape company based in East Hartford seeking reliable, professional, and hardworking individuals to join our team.
Landscape Foreman Responsibilities:
Lead and manage small landscape crews. Oversee and assist in all aspects of landscaping: planting/trimming trees and shrubs, edging, mulching, weeding beds, operating mowers (Z-turn), and more. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment. Train and monitor new crew members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service. Provide cost, material, and time estimates when required.
Requirements:
Foreman experience required. 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance & tree work. Ability to lead and follow instructions. Knowledge of horticulture, trees, plants, and landscaping tools. Experience driving trucks and hauling landscape trailers. Clear communication skills (written and verbal). CT Driver's License
REQUIRED
. Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
