Four-day, 40-hour workweek We are seeking an experienced, hands-on foreman to lead a landscape construction crew and deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Lead and perform installation of patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, landscape lighting, drainage systems, and plantings. Perform concrete forming, placement, and finishing. Read plans, lay out projects, establish grades, and oversee excavation, base preparation, and compaction. Coordinate crew assignments, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Train crew members, maintain safe and organized jobsites, and communicate professionally with clients and management. Qualifications Proven landscape and hardscape installation experience, including crew leadership. Ability to independently execute projects from layout through final cleanup. Proficiency operating skid steers, excavators, compactors, and construction tools. Strong workmanship, problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license; trailer towing experience preferred.

Pay:

$23.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
