Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Foreman and lead the charge in creating stunning outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will oversee landscape maintenance and construction projects, manage a skilled crew, and ensure high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and craftsmanship across diverse outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete lawn care, planting, hardscape installation, and grounds maintenance projects efficiently and safely Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and management to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health Identify various plants, trees, and ground cover to ensure proper placement and health maintenance Manage equipment operation including grounds maintenance tools, landscaping machinery, and company vehicles with safety and precision Plan and execute construction projects involving hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features Lead team members in pruning, planting, fertilizing, mowing, trimming, and other horticultural tasks to maintain beautiful landscapes Enforce safety protocols on-site to promote a secure work environment for all team members and clients Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments with strong crew management skills Extensive outdoor work experience including lawn care, gardening, tree care, and grounds maintenance equipment operation Knowledge of landscaping techniques such as planting, pruning, irrigation management, hardscape installation, and general horticulture practices Ability to identify plants accurately and assess landscape health needs Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment safely; experience with irrigation systems is highly desirable Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required for project transportation Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful outdoor projects while honing your skills in landscape management. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
