Responsibilities Manage and oversee landscape maintenance and enhancement crews. Coordinate daily schedules, route assignments, and job production. Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards. Conduct site inspections and perform quality control reviews. Train, mentor, and supervise crew leaders and field employees. Monitor labor hours, productivity, and job profitability. Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower for scheduled work. Communicate with clients regarding project progress and service concerns. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of landscape management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and plant material. Ability to read landscape plans and understand job specifications. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Proficiency with scheduling software and mobile technology preferred. Benefits ✅
