Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance team in delivering exceptional landscaping and groundskeeping services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your crew to execute outdoor projects efficiently while maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction and landscaping tasks, coordinate irrigation systems, and foster a collaborative team environment committed to excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care activities across multiple sites Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and hardscape machinery Operate company vehicles safely while transporting crew members and equipment between job sites Provide training and mentorship to team members on grounds maintenance techniques and equipment operation Qualifications Proven supervising experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor services Hands-on experience with grounds maintenance equipment operation and outdoor power tools Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and crew supervision MUST have a Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely MUST be able to pass a Background check for Space Center and other Government properties.
