Direct Hire | Full-Time | LIVE-IN Position Position Summary UBS Staffing is seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a private hunting and fishing club. This position supports the daily operations of the club, including property and grounds maintenance, member and guest needs, and various operational duties. The ideal candidate will have strong landscaping and grounds maintenance experience, previous supervisory experience, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. This is a LIVE-IN position. The selected candidate is required to reside on the club property. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate. Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operations of the club Oversee and assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance Help maintain outdoor areas, facilities, and property appearance Supervise and provide direction to staff as needed Assist management with coordinating daily operational needs Help ensure club facilities and grounds remain clean, organized, and well maintained Assist members and guests professionally when needed Identify maintenance or property concerns and communicate them to management Perform various hands-on duties throughout the property Assist with additional club operations and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications MUST have knowledge of boats
  • REQUIRED
    Landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience
  • Preferred, but not required Previous supervisory experience

    be willing to live on the club property

Ability to oversee and direct employees and daily tasks Strong work ethic and hands-on approach Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing outdoor and physically demanding work Flexible and willing to assist with various club duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish
  • PLUS Previous experience with a private club, lodge, resort, estate, plantation, property management operation, or similar environment Knowledge of hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation, or property maintenance is a plus
