Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, landscape installation, and irrigation installation. In this role, you will coordinate crews, manage landscaping operations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality standards, and promote a positive work environment on diverse construction projects. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape crews to execute landscape & irrigation on commercial & residential jobs. Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses on schedule Coordinate needed machinery to jobsites. Lead team management efforts by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and fostering a collaborative team environment Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to various project sites while adhering to all safety regulations Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work for adherence to project specifications and industry standards Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, equipment usage, safety incidents, and crew hours Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles with demonstrated leadership skills. 3 years minimum Extensive outdoor work experience in landscape installation and irrigation management Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, tree care techniques, and gardening fundamentals Familiarity with construction projects and ground preparation procedures Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with grounds maintenance tools is essential Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate crews and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles required Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed Join our team as a Landscape Foreman where your expertise will shape beautiful outdoor environments!
