A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.
We're looking for a General Superintendent to lead irrigation installation and maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing field teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient installations, and maintaining exceptional quality across every community. What You'll Do:
Lead irrigation installation crews Coordinate work schedules with builders and Project Managers Inspect irrigation systems for quality and functionality Ensure installations meet design specifications Troubleshoot field issues Manage materials and equipment Enforce safety standards Develop field supervisors and crew leaders
What You Need:
