SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, early start; seasonal Saturdays in peak season The role We maintain the grounds of HOAs, condo associations, and commercial properties across Northeast Florida. As Foreman/Crew Leader, you'll lead a small route crew — planning the day, working alongside your team, and making sure every property is left looking cared for. What you'll do Lead a crew of 2-5 through daily mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and enhancement work Plan and sequence the day's route to keep the crew on schedule Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable to safety and quality standards Serve as the on-site point of contact for property managers, HOA boards, and clients Inspect completed work before leaving a property Report irrigation issues, plant health concerns, or other property needs Keep crew equipment and vehicles properly maintained Communicate proactively with the General Manager on crew performance and property issues What you bring 2+ years of hands-on commercial landscaping experience required Prior experience leading or supervising a crew strongly preferred Reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to this role Strong communication skills — comfortable with clients and clear with your crew and management Working knowledge of proper turf, plant, and pruning practices A valid driver's license and ability to operate a truck and trailer Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat, year-round Pay & how to apply Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.
