Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of grounds maintenance, landscape installation, and hardscaping. As a key team leader, you will manage crews, coordinate project tasks, and ensure safety and quality throughout each job. Responsibilities Supervise and manage landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to client specifications. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping. Coordinate hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Assign tasks related to irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure healthy landscapes. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper planting and ongoing care. Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles safely and effectively during daily operations. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality results. Skills Extensive outdoor work experience with groundskeeping, gardening, horticulture, and tree care. Proven supervising experience with crew management and team leadership skills. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, irrigation management, and plant identification. Skilled in hardscaping construction projects such as installing patios, walkways, fences, or retaining walls. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely along with grounds maintenance tools. Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and managing team members effectively. Knowledge of grounds maintenance safety procedures and environmental best practices.
