This is a role for someone who takes ownership — not just of their accounts, but of the standard of work on every property they touch. You'll manage a $1.5M book of commercial landscaping business, build deep relationships with property managers and HOA boards, and serve as the trusted face of Gold Coast for some of South Florida's most visible commercial properties. Manage a $1.5M landscape maintenance portfolio across commercial properties and HOAs, maintaining strong relationships with every property manager and board you serve. Be present on-site. Conduct regular property visits to assess quality, catch issues before they become complaints, and ensure every site meets your personal standard — not just ours. Grow revenue from within. Identify enhancement opportunities across your book and close them — from seasonal color to tree work and irrigation upgrades. Then see the job through to completion. Lead crews in the field. Serve as the operational point of contact for maintenance crews — handling scheduling, dispatching, work management, safety, and equipment accountability. Respond like an owner. When a property manager or board reaches out, they hear back quickly — from someone who knows their property and actually cares. What we're looking for At least 2 years of account management experience at a commercial landscaping company Proven track record managing a landscape maintenance book of $1M or more A history of selling enhancement work — at least $1M in your career Deep knowledge of South Florida landscaping and horticulture Spanish fluency is a strong plus — not required, but valued Someone who follows through — every time, without being asked twice About Gold Coast Gold Coast Landscape Services has been serving Palm Beach County for 30 years.
