What You'll Do:

• Lead the

Field:

Direct and mentor daily crew operations to ensure job site safety, efficiency, and exceptional quality control.

Manage Operations:

Work closely with ownership/management to coordinate daily schedules, material staging, and equipment readiness.

Deliver Results:

Keep projects running on time and on budget while serving as a professional point of contact for clients on site.

Maintain Standards:

Oversee proper maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and tools.

What We're Looking For:

• [3+] years of hands-on experience in landscape installation AND maintenance.
• [1-2+] years in a supervisory or leadership role (Foreman, Crew Lead, or Manager).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).
• Strong knowledge of plant material, turf care, irrigation, and power equipment (Required).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Advancement Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
