Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Recruitment Notes This position performs advanced administrative work within the Finance and Administration Office, providing high-level administrative support across a range of functions and divisions in support of the Office of the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient workflow, reviewing and approving technology equipment requisitions and journal entries, and processing wireless equipment and technology license requests.
