In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with technical skills and a strong work ethic, will contribute to creating beautiful, functional landscapes that exceed client expectations. Duties Supervises crew for quality control Operate Truck with trailer, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. Conduct lawn care activities including fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush turf growth. Maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision. Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to support healthy growth and safety. Implement irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Support seasonal tasks such as gardening projects during spring and summer. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Experience with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices. (irrigation, paver, & turf experience welcome) Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery like excavators are a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health, tree care, and gardening best practices are a plus but not mandatory (we will train new employees). Ability to perform landscaping tasks involving hardscape construction and garden design. Familiarity with irrigation systems and SOD installation and troubleshooting. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
