Job Description

Overview Growing landscape company is looking for an experienced Landscape Project Lead to lead residential landscape and outdoor construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on field position. You will lead a crew while also working alongside them to ensure projects are completed efficiently, correctly, and to our quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and organize landscape construction crews Read plans, layouts, measurements, and project scopes Oversee plant, sod, mulch, rock, irrigation, drainage, grading, paver, and retaining wall installations Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment Operate landscape/construction equipment as needed Maintain jobsite quality, cleanliness, and safety Communicate project progress, material needs, and problems to management Identify potential issues before they cause delays or additional costs Ensure projects are completed properly with minimal punch-list or callback work Qualifications Landscape construction experience required Previous crew leader/foreman experience preferred Knowledge of grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape installation Ability to operate equipment and tow trailers Valid driver's license Dependable, organized, and able to lead a crew without constant supervision We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the job, thinks ahead, solves problems, and takes pride in quality work.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
