The Foreman ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Install trees, shrubs, palms, groundcover, sod, mulch, rock, edging, and perform soil preparation, grading, drainage, and basic hardscaping.
• Read landscape, planting, and grading plans to ensure work meets specs; verify materials, quantities, and site conditions before installation.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of tools and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, reporting progress, tracking labor/materials, and addressing site issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage daily workflow, delegate tasks, and direct field crews effectively.
• Skill in reading and executing landscape, planting, grading, and site layout plans.
• Hands-on knowledge of plant material installation, soil prep, grading, drainage, and landscape construction.
• Safe operation of standard landscaping equipment, hand tools, and machinery.
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and tracking daily labor, equipment, and material needs.
