Create Outdoor Escapes, Not Just Landscapes Troy's Tropics is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Installation Foreman to join our growing team. As a leader in Sarasota's landscape design and installation scene for nearly 40 years, we pride ourselves on transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments that clients love to live in.

What You'll Do:

Lead a crew in the installation of high-end residential and commercial landscapes Read and interpret landscape plans, ensuring designs are executed with precision Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and plants to job sites Manage on-site layout, grading, planting, irrigation tie-ins, paver and rock installs, and lighting Ensure quality control, site safety, and job completion within schedule and budget Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in landscape installation, including leadership responsibilities Strong understanding of hardscape and softscape installation techniques Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, etc.) Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid Florida driver's license Join a team where creativity, craftsmanship, and customer care are at the heart of everything we do.
