A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead a crew in the installation of high-end residential and commercial landscapes Read and interpret landscape plans, ensuring designs are executed with precision Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and plants to job sites Manage on-site layout, grading, planting, irrigation tie-ins, paver and rock installs, and lighting Ensure quality control, site safety, and job completion within schedule and budget Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team membersWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in landscape installation, including leadership responsibilities Strong understanding of hardscape and softscape installation techniques Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, etc.) Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid Florida driver's license Join a team where creativity, craftsmanship, and customer care are at the heart of everything we do.Job Type:
