Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Shift:
8:00am - 4:30pmMonday- Friday General Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences, and develop plans for gardens, parks, and other outdoor areas. Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs; maintain gardens and lawns through mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding. Oversee the installation of landscape features such as benches, fountains, and pathways. Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, tractors, and leaf blowers. Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote plant health and manage pests. Clean outdoor facilities, remove debris, and ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of landscaped areas. Requirements Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Job Type:
