A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Responsibilities & Duties Perform landscaping maintenance on properties Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members Communicate with the client about property needs Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew Skills & Qualifications Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs. Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.) Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise At least 1 year relevant experience English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus We are urgently hiring full-time Landscape Field Managers in the Southport, FL area!
