We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Managing and supervising a staff of 25-30 employees Mixing, calculating, and applying fertilizers and pesticides Operating and calibrating spray equipment Irrigation system operation and troubleshooting Assisting with course renovations and construction projects Maintaining detailed records of fertilizer and chemical applications Assisting the Superintendent with budget management Willingness to volunteer annually at a
