We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Leadman to join our team. This full-time role is integral to our operations, as it involves coordinating intricate landscape maintenance details with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews with the help of the crew leader Ensure all tasks are performed to industry and company standards Communicate plans and production goals to crew members and clients Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked Prepare and oversee job sites from start to finish Maintain a clean and safe worksite Complete all necessary paperwork and information related to the job Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction Qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams Ability to lift 50 pounds Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers Valid driver's license (Preferred) Bilingual (Preferred) Ability to pass a drug screen Regular, dependable attendance Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions Why work with Merion Landscape?
