In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and hardscaping projects to ensure our properties are vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate landscaping and irrigation activities, and manage the upkeep of grounds using industry-standard equipment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening activities across multiple properties. Manage hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering schedules and efficiency. Lead a crew of groundskeeping staff by assigning tasks, providing training on equipment operation, plant identification, and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to assess plant health, identify pests or disease issues, and implement horticultural best practices. Operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently during daily outdoor work. Ensure all outdoor work complies with safety standards while maintaining high-quality landscaping aesthetics. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping with a strong background in horticulture. Supervising experience managing teams in outdoor or landscaping environments. Knowledge of plant identification, tree care, irrigation management, and hardscape construction techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools confidently. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively while fostering teamwork. Experience with outdoor project management including hardscaping construction projects. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in outdoor settings.

Pay:

$22.28 - $26.45 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
