The Manager at Celebration Pediatrics will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our health care services, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to our pediatric patients. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage staff, optimize workflows, and enhance patient satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that align with best practices in pediatric care while also ensuring compliance with health regulations. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop programs that promote the health and well-being of children in our community. Ultimately, the Manager will contribute to the overall mission of Celebration Pediatrics by fostering a supportive and efficient environment for both staff and patients.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field. Experience in Pediatrics healthcare management. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional development. Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and best practices. Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns to improve service delivery. Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and promote health programs tailored to the needs of pediatric patients.Skills:
