We'll expect you to: be enthusiastic , mature conscientious and self-starter possess good communication skills with crew members and clients have 2-4 years' experience in landscape maintenance leadership be able to understand landscape specifications and Horticultural practices This is an active position requiring stamina to work outside with a team as well as independently. Compensation based on experience in the landscape industry between $19.00/h and $23.00/hour
