Lead Hardscape Installer / Foreman Georgia Luxe Outdoors Atlanta, GA Job Details Contract $200 - $450 a day 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Site preparation excavation Patio construction projects Truck handling English Trailer towing Driver's License Construction plans Drainage systems Following blueprint specifications Leveling surveying technique Managing teams in a construction management role Loader operation Skid steer loader Laser levels Crew management Landscaping Construction grading Paving site grading Vehicle parking operations Full Job Description Georgia Luxe Outdoors 1099 Independent Contractor | Full-Time Work Available | Weekly Pay We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hardscape Foreman to lead crews on premium residential outdoor-living and complete backyard renovation projects. This is a 1099 contractor position with consistent full-time work for qualified professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside hardscape crews while managing daily production, quality, and jobsite safety. Read plans, establish layout, grades, slopes, elevations, and drainage, and complete projects with minimal supervision. Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, pool surrounds, natural stone, fire-feature areas, and related hardscape elements. Manage excavation, base preparation, compaction, cutting, edge restraints, joint sand, and final detailing. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, compactors, masonry saws, dump trailers, and related equipment. Coordinate materials, deliveries, crew assignments, customer communication, and punch-list completion. Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite. Required Experience Substantial hands-on experience with pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, steps, grading, drainage, and base preparation. Experience leading crews and maintaining productivity without constant supervision. Ability to use laser levels or similar layout tools and calculate measurements, quantities, grades, and elevations. High-end residential hardscape or complete backyard renovation experience strongly preferred. Must have experience with outdoors fireplaces and outdoors kitchens Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Must be able to safely drive a work truck and tow, back, park, and maneuver a trailer. Must be able to independently and safely operate applicable construction or landscape equipment. English speaking, reading, and comprehension required for plans, safety instructions, equipment guidance, and customer communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and professional communication required. Must provide references; project photos or a portfolio are strongly preferred.
