Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance Lead, direct, and mentor crew members to ensure quality and efficient work Operate and properly maintain all landscape maintenance equipment Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Maintain a professional attitude and take pride in the quality of work Be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career with
