Understand, follow, improve and enforce all safety guidelines. Serve all guests and Team Members in a positive way per Just Jump standards, bring all complaints or concerns to a resolution that is best for all. Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance is completed. Lead team in maintaining a clean facility by understanding, delegating and inspecting all cleaning tasks. Supervise staff time, attendance and productive to meet customer demand and business needs. Create and communicate a weekly employee schedule. Manage cash in a secure, thorough and accurate manner. Track and manage inventory. Qualifications for the Park Manager in order to ensure effectiveness in each job function include: Must be 18 years or older. Friendly personality and a positive attitude. Love of people of all ages, particularly children. Ability to properly handle customer concerns. Ability to remain calm and think fast in a very hectic environment. Ability to follow procedures and directions, while working independently. Comfortable enforcing Just Jump policies and safety requirements. Team player and strong work ethic. Punctuality is a must. Must have a flexible schedule. Must provide excellent customer service and a professional appearance. Must be able to communicate and interact well with customers and coworkers. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Ability to project a loud clear voice. Ability to handle money. Ability to manage large groups. Ability to be cross trained.
