Cemetery Maintenance Foreman - Macon Memorial Park (Macon, GA) Up to $55,000/year (based on experience) We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Cemetery Maintenance Foreman to lead daily grounds operations at Macon Memorial Park in Macon, Georgia. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who takes pride in keeping a cemetery looking respectful, well-maintained, and ready for families every day. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a small grounds crew in daily cemetery maintenance Interpret maps, use string lines, and read tape measures to layout burial sites for upcoming services Operate backhoe and tractor for digging, grading, and site preparation Perform and oversee headstone installation and service requests Perform and oversee landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, debris removal, and general grounds upkeep) Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Coordinate daily tasks, prioritize work orders, and keep the property looking its best Maintain equipment and report issues promptly Uphold company safety standards and respect for the property and families we serve What We're Looking For Proven experience operating a backhoe and tractor Solid landscape maintenance background Prior supervising or lead experience Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong work ethic, dependability, and a respectful attitude What We Offer Pay up to $55,000 annually (depending on experience) Health insurance plans available 401(k) Paid time off Steady, full-time work with a company that values quality and reliability If you have the equipment skills, leadership ability, and work ethic to keep a cemetery running at a high standard, we want to hear from you.
