Starting Pay:

$17+/hour Higher based on experience. Increase after 60-90 days About PWJ Landscape PWJ Landscape & Maintenance is a growing contractor specializing in erosion control, right-of-way maintenance, and commercial landscape projects across Metro Atlanta. We work on government and large-scale contracts , not just basic lawn care. This is real field work with long-term growth opportunities for the right people. ⚠ Who This Job Is For (Read This First) This is NOT a basic lawn care job. We are looking for individuals who: Show up on time, every day Can handle physical outdoor work (heat, cold, long hours) Want to learn construction-level skills Take pride in doing the job right the first time If you are not dependable or don't like physical work, this will not be a good fit. Position Overview You will be part of a field crew responsible for erosion control installation, site prep, and landscape construction on active job sites. Key Responsibilities Install silt fence, erosion control blanket, and safety fencing Perform grading, trenching, and site prep Planting, mulching, and general landscaping Load/unload materials and maintain equipment Follow site plans and supervisor direction Maintain clean and safe job sites Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Must have reliable transportation to McDonough warehouse Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Must be on time daily (attendance is strictly enforced) Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions Preferred (Higher Pay Consideration) Experience in erosion control or construction Experience using skid steer, trenchers, or power tools Valid driver's license

From $17.00 per hour
