3-5 years of experience in landscape, construction or a related field Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and materials Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans Excellent organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Excellent communication and client coordination skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Relevant certifications and training in landscape management or related fields are beneficial

Victory Gardens is seeking a Landscape Installation Manager in Savannah, GA , offering a clear path to $105K annually to lead and oversee three landscape construction crews and subcontractors while executing high-quality design-build projects . This role is responsible for project execution, scheduling, safety, quality control, and team leadership , ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to Victory Gardens' craftsmanship standards . The ideal candidate is a hands-on landscape or construction leader with proven crew management experience , strong organizational skills, and clear, confident communication . Core Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily work for 3 landscape installation crews Manage project scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment logistics Train and mentor crew leaders and team members in landscape construction best practices Monitor quality control, safety, and efficiency on all job sites Interpret landscape plans and ensure installation follows design specifications Communicate progress, needs, and issues with Clients, Crew Leads and designers Oversee materials ordering and deliveries to maintain project timelines Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations Recruit and hire new staff when needed

Pay:

Up to $105,000.00 per year
