Day Work Week Requirements:
Experience with landscape installation, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems Project management experience preferred Ability to lead a crew while also working hands-on Strong communication and customer service skills Commitment to safe, efficient, and high-quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Summary:
Earn up to $54,000 annually plus performance bonuses while leading a skilled installation crew that creates stunning outdoor living spaces throughout the Savannah area. As an Installation Crew Leader , you oversee landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor lighting projects while working alongside your team to deliver the exceptional craftsmanship Victory Gardens is known for. Core Responsibilities:
Meet with management to review daily project plans and priorities. Lead installation crews performing landscape, hardscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, sod, raised garden beds, and planting projects. Ensure crews have the proper materials, equipment, and tools before each project begins. Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites. Communicate with homeowners throughout projects to provide updates and resolve concerns. Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets company and industry standards. Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
