Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape construction projects from start to finish, including planting, hardscape installation, irrigation setup, and grounds maintenance Manage and direct crew members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance equipment, landscaping tools, and company vehicles Ensure proper plant identification, horticultural practices, and landscaping techniques are applied throughout projects Monitor irrigation systems installation and maintenance to optimize water efficiency and plant health Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot issues promptly Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to plan project timelines and resource allocation Lead team training on equipment operation, safety procedures, and landscape best practices Maintain detailed project documentation including reports on progress, safety incidents, and equipment usage Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or grounds maintenance roles Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and plant identification Hands-on experience with irrigation management and hardscape installation techniques Ability to operate outdoor landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Experience managing crews in outdoor work environments on various construction projects Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required Knowledge of tree care, gardening practices, and grounds upkeep essential Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for project planning and execution Join our team as a Project Landscape Supervisor where your leadership will shape stunning outdoor environments!
