Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced landscape foreman to oversee both commercial and residential landscape maintenance services across the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can guide a crew, maintain high standards, and ensure all work is performed efficiently and to professional standards. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily crew activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule Train and oversee team members while maintaining a productive and professional work environment Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and other routine landscape maintenance tasks Inspect completed work and properties to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail Safely operate and oversee the use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Drive company vehicles responsibly and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained Communicate daily job progress, crew needs, and any concerns with Operations Managers Maintain accurate timesheets, property inspections, completed tasks, and daily activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of landscape maintenance experience Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Solid understanding of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant maintenance Valid driver's license in good standing; employment is subject to an MVR check Must be E-Verify compliant Able to work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Contact Brian via or at (404) 254-6211
